Our journey began in 2009 with a simple, curious question: "What does the best cup of coffee look like?" At the time, we didn't start as seasoned experts, but rather as explorers fueled by passion. We decided to build a small roastery in our hometown of Chiang Rai—a place enchanted by mountains and immense coffee-growing potential. Even before we had all the answers, our journey through the aroma of green beans had already begun.

Over the past 17 years, our coffee shop and roastery have grown alongside invaluable experiences. We believe that true success isn't measured by numbers, but by the sincerity infused into every step of the process. We learned to hand-sort every single bean to ensure absolute purity (Clean Coffee) and integrated scientific precision to unlock the true potential of our 99% Chiang Rai coffee.
